Summary: The incumbent is the manager for the Department of Health and Social Services Enterprise Operations unit. Responsibilities include overseeing DHSS incident handling and response, service outages, escalation management, internal and external agency communication, continuous application and system operations, and day-to-day uptime and interoperability of all IRM IT systems. The Manager of Application Support will also oversee helpdesk escalation strategies, incident tracking/avoidance, and the Request for Change system for ongoing maintenance activities.
