Summary: The Fair Hearing Team is seeking a Health/Human Services Case Manager II (H/HS CM II) for the Blue Hen Office. Within this position, you'll be responsible for ensuring actions proposed by DSS and DMMA are correct and accord with applicable regulations. You will conduct research, coordinate corrections, communicate information to internal/external stakeholders, write summaries, and represent the agency in administrative hearings. Timeliness and accuracy requirements are controlled by state and federal regulations. You will support the administrative hearing process across all programs administered by the Agency. Statewide travel will be required as training for this position and any in-person meetings will be conducted in New Castle County. Your presence for in-person hearings in Sussex County may occasionally be required.
