Summary: This position determines financial and technical eligibility for Medicare Savings Plan (MSP) programs, Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Medicaid programs, other Medicaid State Plan programs, Children's Community Alternative Disability Program (CCADP), and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). The incumbent is responsible for maintaining a high-volume caseload of MSP/SNAP and Medicaid/SNAP cases. The incumbent will complete initial eligibility determinations, annual redeterminations, process interim changes, and respond accurately and timely to case, eligibility, and service-related inquiries from colleagues, other DHSS agencies, Medicaid providers, and the public.
