Summary: This leadership position within the Office of Case Management is responsible for managing statewide programs and leading various department initiatives. This includes overseeing the work of the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Team, Family Informed Resource Support Team (FIRST), and Liaison Services Team, in addition to managing a department funding program called the Service Integration Fund (SIF). This position supervises up to 30 supervisory, professional, paraprofessional and clerical staff. This position is also responsible for co-chairing the department's Continuous Quality Improvement Collaborative team and actively participating in interdisciplinary workgroups and committees to discuss process improvement opportunities.
