The Employment Services Specialist III position is a member of the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation's (DVR) Business Relations Team. The incumbent provides services to DVR's dual customers: businesses and people with disabilities seeking employment. The incumbent will provide case management, direct services to job seekers to conduct job development, placement assistance, career counseling, assessment of job seeker skill levels, individual or group career counseling, and may include working with job seekers to arrange on-the-job training (OJT).
