Senior Functional Consultant

Oracle North America Applications Consulting (NAAC) is hiring a senior functional consultant who has expertise leading end-to-end full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Core HR implementations. This senior consultant will lead the customer through the project life cycle, with focus on leading practice process adoption. Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

• Lead client meetings
• Facilitate productive discussions and drive decisions
• Lead the creation of functional designs, configuration workbooks, and the configured Oracle HCM Cloud solution
• Coordinate design and configuration with other functional leads across the Oracle Cloud HCM implementation scope
• Guide client to develop an appropriate organization design for the client's business requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• End-to-end full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Core HR implementation experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Optional experience with other Oracle Cloud HCM modules allows for a more cross-functional project role.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
