The Senior Associate, Administrative Support will provide administrative support to our organization and senior management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and prioritizing administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the organization, and assisting in the implementation and improvement of administrative policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements. Manage and maintain electronic and physical records and files, including confidential information. Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations. Oversee the management of office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and report on the team's performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide guidance and support to the administrative support team to ensure excellent customer service is provided to all internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
