The Legal Operations Analyst is the primary e-billing liaison for litigation matters and reporting. Assisting with Legal's Preferred Firm Program, Fiscal Budget Planning, technology projects and implementations, and reporting on key metrics and executive presentations.

The Legal Operations Analyst on the Global Legal Operations team primarily provides e-billing litigation support for matters and reporting. They assist in preparing and coordinating Legal's Preferred Firm Program business reviews, as well as activities related to global legal fiscal budget planning. Additionally, they develop, manage, and report on key metrics for the legal operations budget, spend, and preferred firm activities. This role will work directly with the legal operations team, reporting to the Senior Director. It will also support the global legal team and our internal business groups to improve efficiency, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assess technology. The team aims to develop innovative problem-solving methods and to facilitate contracting with outside counsel and vendors (subscriptions), as needed. We advise and collaborate with Oracle business leaders and external specialists on complex, industry-leading legal operations issues, technology, efficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
