Job description: Very Long term contract Usually the project goes for 4+ years with this customer 37.5 hours per week Onsite Local candidates only Description: The Desktop Support Specialist provides day to day support in updating windows equipment. Responsible for maintaining and updating Windows-based devices across the organization. This role focuses on ensuring all systems are running the latest security patches and software updates, troubleshooting update-related issues, and supporting end-users with update-related concerns. The technician works closely with IT teams to schedule and deploy updates efficiently while minimizing disruption to business operations. Preferred to have experience with WASP Barcode Technology (system inventory management)
