We are seeking a mid-level engineer or designer to support land development projects for both the private and public sectors. Responsibilities include supporting and managing land development projects, utilizing Civil 3D for designing and drafting, ensuring compliance with state and local municipalities' land use regulations and agency processes, and developing plans for site development, stormwater management, erosion control, and sediment control.
Essential skills include 5+ years of experience in the civil engineering field, specifically in land development, proficiency in Civil 3D, experience with state and local municipalities' land use regulations and agency processes, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Additional skills and qualifications include experience in civil design and AutoCAD Civil 3D, and knowledge in erosion control and sediment control techniques.
This is an in-office position with client visits, based in Newark. The work schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts, providing Fridays off. The role is within a well-established firm that has recently become part of a large national organization.
This is a permanent position based out of Newark, DE. The pay range for this position is $80,000.00 - $110,000.00/yr.
