What You Will Do?

• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of all revenue-generating areas and property-wide marketing activities
• Develop and execute a variety of marketing and promotional activities, ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective PR within budget guidelines
• Communicate upcoming promotions and marketing plans clearly with all departments, ensuring timely and accurate completion of related tasks
• Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service while contributing to team effectiveness through knowledge sharing and effective communication
• Submit timely and concise reports evaluating the effectiveness of promotional activities

More About You

• Marketing or business degree, or relevant qualifications
• Loyalty or membership program management experience and familiarity with casino or gaming legislation
• Social and digital media marketing experience
• Experience with marketing or promotions in a hospitality, promotions, or customer service environment
• Responsible Service of Gaming and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificates, Food Safety Certificate, and Casino Operative Licence
