Your Role At DEGURA

Your job includes:

  1. Identifying and qualifying potential B2B customers through various channels (LinkedIn, email, phone, webinars, events).
  2. Building and maintaining a pipeline of interested companies.
  3. Establishing initial contact with different decision-makers (HR, CFO, CEO) and presenting our occupational pension solutions.
  4. Collaborating with the entire sales team to hand over qualified leads.
  5. Using CRM tools (Salesforce) to document and analyze sales opportunities.
  6. Actively bringing your SaaS expertise into cross-team projects, e.g., with the product, marketing, and customer success teams.
  7. Together with your team, developing new sales approaches and strategies that are crucial to the growth of DEGURA.
