What Your Job Looks Like:

• You work as an exciting interface between our customer management and our sales team.
• You are an expert (m/f/d) for our internal teams and our customers on complex matters in the area of occupational pension provision (bAV).
• Among other things, you process various customer issues, contribution changes, fund changes, policy corrections, collective contracts, collection topics, and dynamic adjustments.
• Together with your team, you work on projects in the area of insurance operations and support the optimization of our internal insurance processes.
• You work closely with our insurance partners to find fast and customer-oriented solutions.
