The Construction Services Coordinator (Mechanical) manages construction contracts of moderate complexity, professional services, and services during construction to ensure compliance with contractual requirements. The position holder participates in daily discussions and negotiations with contractors, consultants, and client partners regarding the quality of work, interpretation of contract documents, changes to the scope of work, review of periodic payment requests, and other relevant topics. They manage the risks associated with contract management within delegated authority, ensure compliance with service sector requirements, and integrate activities with site teams and other service sectors.
