IT Operations Support Analyst
The IT Operations Support Analyst supports operational technologies, manages user accounts, and leads IT initiatives at the Kansas site. This role provides frontline end user support and works closely with the Systems Administrator to ensure cohesive infrastructure operations.
This role requires being on-site and the ability to drive between locations as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to end users for hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, mobile device, and application problems
- Educate users on system usage and best practices
- Document support requests and resolutions
- Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts
- Manage permissions using Active Directory and Azure Entra ID
- Support Microsoft Intune implementation and device management
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and troubleshoot label printers, scan guns, RT stations, and other shop-floor devices
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements
- Serve as the primary IT contact for the Kansas facility
- Lead site-specific IT projects and infrastructure support
- Provide hands-on support and training to local users
- Support mobile phones, VoIP systems, and paging infrastructure
- Configure and maintain telephony hardware and software
- Coordinate with telecom vendors for service and upgrades
- Assist Systems Administrator with imaging, deployment, and maintenance of new systems
- Administer networked and local printers
- Manage print servers, drivers, and maintenance schedules
Qualifications:
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune
- Familiarity with operational hardware and telephony systems
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams and locations
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics environments is a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Systems Administrators and IT team
