UCT is looking for a talented Sr Sales Analyst to join us in Japan!

The Sr Sales Analyst serves as the primary liaison between the company and customers, overseeing communication, order accuracy, and delivery performance. This role drives revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and supporting sales operations. Collaborating with internal teams, the manager ensures timely quotations, resolves order issues, and monitors financial performance to meet strategic goals.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact to customers for all communication and information exchange
  • Provides timely quotation response to customer RFQs
  • Perform contract review for all incoming material for processing
  • PO accuracy
  • Part accuracy
  • Due date accuracy compared to PO
  • Provide Inventory status to customers upon their request
  • QC representative at customer-specific meetings and conference calls
  • Expedite management per customer requirements
  • Track on-time delivery performance and escalate to the CEO when performance is not met
  • Monitor and track monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue to plan
  • Identify and communicate any changes to part volume changes to HQ and the local warehouse
  • Resolve any outstanding issues with orders before order shipment back to the customer
  • Work with customers on identifying new business opportunities
  • Assess needs versus capability
  • Identify volume expectations compared to current capacity to identify capacity gaps
  • Identify anticipated revenue and gross margin for new opportunities
  • Assist accounts receivable with any invoice-related issues
  • Manage pick-ups and drop-offs for key customers
  • Work directly with HQ engineering for special requests and manage projects
  • Make the best effort to learn company tasks and products in the quickest and sufficient ways.
  • Good reporting skills to his superiors.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Educational/certification requirement:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in high school, University, or related discipline

Experience requirement:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Sales department, business with manufacturing customers, especially in the semiconductor or analytical industry.
  • System & Solutions – Advantage for the ability to understand and sell system-level solutions on top of products (components).
  • Communication – Demonstrates clear and concise oral and written skills, can tailor communication to all audiences, and can communicate succinctly and get messages across that have the desired effect. Make best effort to create good working relations with all company employees.
  • Multi-Culture – Ability to communicate and work with multi-cultural people in different countries.
  • Language – Fluent in English in oral and written skills.

  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers, and gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services.
  • Client relationship management – Leads and manages complex service agreements and strategic relationships with clients and leads new business development activities within the current industry.

Travel requirement:

  • Domestic travels may be required
