Work on complex technical projects and provide innovative solutions that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.

  • Responsible for developing and implementing new products through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering and documentation practice.
  • Lead the product development life cycle from concept to feasibility, risk analysis, prototyping, design; lead the design, implementation and validation of systems or components.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Expert in advanced mechanical design, materials, manufacturing methods as well as the ability to apply appropriate methods and techniques.
  • Distinguished record of creativity and innovation. Advances engineering principles, theories and concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Engineering design, control and analysis tools, such as Solidworks, MATLAB, Lab View etc.
  • Proficient with control tools and systems, such as programmable controllers, Labview, etc.-advantage
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and FMEA Positive attitude and focus on achieving goals.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Logical and proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Strong task prioritization and time management skills.

Required Education/Experience:

  • BSc degree or higher, in engineering science or related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in product development.
