UCT is looking for a talented Director, Sales to join us in Hayward, CA!
The Sales Director is responsible for the execution of sales strategy, on-going business development, and owning the sales results to assigned key accounts in Asia. Working closely with VP of sales, you will create the structure, processes, and incentives that will increase sales of UCT products and services. You will use data analysis of sales numbers, customer accounts, competitive intelligence, and market trends to make needed adjustments. You will also leverage internal resources within the Account Sales, Operations, and Engineering team to develop comprehensive solutions to position UCT as the preferred supplier to key accounts. Activities include but are not limited to voice of customer feedback, fostering teamwork and the support/development of complete proposal packages, value proposition creation, alliance development/pricing, contract coordination and negotiation with decision-maker.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Educational/Certification Requirement: Tertiary Degree preferably in Engineering or Business Management. MBA desirable.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $166,000 and $217,000 [year]; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including variable pay and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO (Paid Time Off) and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these additional compensation and benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
