Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. Purpose of Position:

The Guest Services Agent is responsible for ensuring guest, owner, and employee satisfaction at Silver Baron.

**Please note that this is a part-time position**

Responsibilities:

• Check guests in and out of Silver Baron
• Facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out for guests
• Answer the phone in a professional manner and transfer calls as appropriate
• Post folio charges, perform folio reconciliation, and create shift reports
• Assist with owner and guest requests and proactively solve guest problems
• Assist with concierge duties, including making reservations for restaurants and activities
• Assist in coordinating the skier shuttle staff for guest pick-ups and drop offs
• Assist in coordinating the bell staff for luggage pick up and drop off
• Drive guests locally in the company vehicle
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and settle guest balances upon departure
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Deer Valley and the Park City area preferred
• Experience operating Maestro, NORM, Saflok, and Managers Plus preferred
• Must be able to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Hold a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to drive company vehicles

Pay Rate:

• $20.00 per hour
