✨ About The Role
- Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth for the company by selling a patented world-class speech recognition system
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development Representatives, and self-prospecting to build a strong sales pipeline of new logos
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, especially Sales Operations and Sales Engineers, to ensure sales effectiveness
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and work with Customer Success Managers to drive upsell opportunities
- Have a depth of understanding regarding customer needs in the ASR space, competition, and Deepgram products to articulate the value proposition fully
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced in technical full-cycle sales roles with a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Skilled in building and managing a strong sales pipeline from scratch while closing accounts effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a deep understanding of customer needs
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive a consistent and repeatable sales process
