- Grow and own a targeted account list
- Manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and subject matter expertise to prospective customers
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
- Qualify and understand client requirements to adapt solutions and meet their needs
- Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach and managing inbound prospects

- 2+ years of sales experience in HR tech sales with a proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and adding net new logos
- Experience working in cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
- Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
