- A strong background in payroll operations, with at least 5 years of experience in the payroll industry, is essential.
- Experience with MasterTax software is required, demonstrating the ability to manage payroll tax filings accurately.
- The candidate should possess excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including payroll, HR, and compliance.
- A Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is preferred, indicating a commitment to professional development in the field.
