- The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst will manage and utilize various data sources for Sales Compensation calculations.
- This role involves supporting monthly audits of compensation credits and leading commission calculations for numerous quota-carriers.
- The analyst will process exception request tickets related to compensation credits outside of the commission cycle.
- Conducting analysis on Sales performance, including quota attainment and commission payouts, will inform strategic business decisions.
- The position requires interaction with sales reps and leadership to address compensation issues and improve processes.

- The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in business analytics, particularly with large data sets.
- A strong understanding of Sales Compensation fundamentals is essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in using CaptivateIQ or similar Incentive Compensation Management systems is preferred.
- Candidates should possess exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex data processes.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with sales representatives and leadership.
