✨ About The Role
- Support global stakeholders and the Revenue Operations team with day-to-day operations, primarily in Salesforce
- Manage user administration, assignments, permission, data migrations, and processes in Salesforce and other systems owned by the Revenue Operations team
- Creation and maintenance of documentation for process, procedure, network infrastructure, project planning, and user education
- Manage Jira ticket requests with responses and solutions that meet SLAs set out by the business
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Growth, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance) on implementing initiatives that drive revenue
âš¡ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, and business operations function
- 2+ years of Salesforce.com admin experience with Salesforce Admin certification
- Experience working in an agile environment with a strong understanding of Jira or other ticketing tools
- Demonstrated skills with process builder, sharing rules, workflow, formulas, and custom report and dashboard building
- Understanding of general SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards
