✨ About The Role
- Play a vital role in ensuring high quality and reliability of software products by providing subject matter expertise in specific areas of software quality
- Collaborate with the Director of Software Quality to define and implement quality strategies, processes, and best practices across the organization
- Work closely with QA engineers to plan, develop, and execute test strategies and test plans for comprehensive test coverage
- Review and provide feedback on test cases, test scripts, and test automation code to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Identify and implement improvements to testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

- Strong experience in software quality assurance, with expertise in areas such as test case planning, QA automation, performance testing, or security testing
- Proven ability to provide guidance and mentorship to QA engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for staying updated on industry trends in software quality assurance
- Experience working as a team lead or mentor, driving quality objectives and delivering exceptional software products
