✨ About The Role
- Lead a team of Account Executives to drive revenue, stimulate growth, and maximize client lifetime value
- Develop and implement strategies for expanding, upselling, and renewing Deel's solutions
- Create effective processes and playbooks for the team to drive revenue retention and expansion
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success to define and execute customer engagement strategies
- Measure team success based on revenue expansion and retention, meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly revenue quotas

- Experienced in B2B SaaS sales with a track record of managing successful account management or sales teams
- Skilled in building and developing high-performing teams, setting clear KPIs, and delivering results consistently
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys designing new customer journeys and playbooks
- Passionate about people management and guiding teams to achieve growth and positive client experiences
- Has a minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and 2 years of direct team management
