- Experienced in B2B SaaS sales with a track record of managing successful account management or sales teams - Skilled in building and developing high-performing teams, setting clear KPIs, and delivering results consistently - Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys designing new customer journeys and playbooks - Passionate about people management and guiding teams to achieve growth and positive client experiences - Has a minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and 2 years of direct team management
