- The HR Experience Manager will serve as the in-house HR expert for the US, managing complex people-related matters throughout the PEO employee lifecycle.
- Responsibilities include overseeing onboarding, off-boarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, and benefits.
- The role requires generating reports, employment verification letters, and HRIS administration as part of administrative support.
- The candidate will be responsible for creating systems that can scale with Deel while providing a high-touch local experience where necessary.
- The position involves being the first point of contact for any HR-related queries from PEO employees.

- The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of international HR experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills are essential to identify, scope, and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues.
- A data-driven mindset is crucial, as the candidate will be expected to challenge the status quo and strive for improvements in response times and employee experience.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as JIRA, Zendesk, or Intercom will be beneficial.
- The candidate should possess excellent communication skills to provide high-level support to PEO employees and address HR-related queries effectively.
