- The Account Executive will be responsible for growing and owning a targeted account list within the Mid-Market segment.
- Developing a territory plan for acquiring new business will be a key responsibility of this role.
- The candidate will manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and expertise to prospective customers.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly revenue targets will be a critical performance metric.
- The role involves continuously developing a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach and collaboration with sales development representatives.
- Keeping the CRM system updated with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data is essential for business insights.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of closing sales experience, specifically in the Mid-Market segment.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience selling into the Nordics region is essential for success in this role.
- Candidates should possess payroll sales experience, which is crucial for understanding the product offerings.
- A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and executing across the full sales cycle is necessary.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English, as well as Swedish, Danish, and/or Norwegian, are required.
- The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and be willing to take on increasing levels of responsibility.
