- The position requires maintaining accurate Salesforce data, including accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- The Account Executive will also provide feedback on market opportunities and trends to help shape Deelβs long-term SMB strategy.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of quota carrying and closing experience in a high volume, high velocity B2B SaaS environment.
- A proven track record of performance and quota attainment is essential for success in this role.
- Candidates should possess strong consultative selling, discovery, and negotiation skills to effectively match customer needs to value.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Italian are required to engage with diverse clients.
- The successful individual will be self-motivated, success-driven, and willing to collaborate within a team environment.
