Your tasks:

• Erfassung von Wartungsverträgen für Hard- und Software
• Prüfung von Seriennummern und Wartungszertifikaten
• Bearbeitung von Angeboten zur Wartungsverlängerung
• Unterstützung bei Vertragsprüfung und -dokumentation
• Pflege von Kunden- und Vertragsdaten in unseren Systemen
• Koordination mit vor- und nachgelagerten Organisationseinheiten: Einholung/Aktualisierung von Lieferantenangeboten

You bring:

• Laufendes Studium, ideally in the field of business administration, business informatics, etc.
• Secure handling of office applications – focus on Excel
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills are an advantage
• Team skills as well as independent working methods
• Structured and careful working methods
