In this role, you will do some of the most meaningful work of your career — enabling clinicians and healthcare teams to confidently adopt the Dedalus Electronic Health Record (EHR), ultimately supporting safer and more effective patient care.

Role Purpose

We are hiring a Super User Trainer / Online Training Developer to support training for the ANZ Dedalus EHR program. Reporting to the Adoption Lead, this role will design scalable training content and lead the super user (train-the-trainer) model to drive end-user adoption.

The role bridges clinical workflows, system design, and training delivery—ensuring practical, effective learning aligned to real healthcare operations. It also involves developing eLearning content (e.g., modules, simulations) using tools like Adobe Captivate and LMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver role-based EHR training aligned to clinical workflows
  • Develop eLearning content (modules, simulations, guides)
  • Manage and track training via LMS platforms
  • Lead super user training programs and enable them to train end users
  • Translate system workflows into clear, practical training materials
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions/workshops
  • Update content based on system changes and feedback
  • Collaborate with clinical, product, and technical teams
  • Support go-live readiness and training adoption tracking
  • Contribute to scalable training frameworks and best practices

Required Experience:

  • 3–7 years in EHR/EMR training, clinical informatics, or healthcare IT
  • Experience in training delivery using a train-the-trainer model
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows
  • Hands-on experience with eLearning tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate) and LMS
  • Ability to simplify complex systems into engaging training
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Health, Nursing, Allied Health, Informatics, Education, or similar
  • Experience with LMS, eLearning tools, Jira/Confluence
  • Strong communication and instructional design skills

Highly Desirable:

  • EHR/EMR implementation experience
  • Clinical background
  • Experience in large-scale implementations and go-live
  • Knowledge of change management and user adoption
