Essential Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare technology.
  • Proven track record of success in new business development and achieving sales targets.
  • Selling complex technology solutions to the Hospital Marketplace.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales processes and interact with senior stakeholders.
  • Passionate about pursuing new opportunities and closing deals.
  • Driven to achieve results independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Thrives in a competitive environment with a focus on solutions.
  • Works effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver client success.

Desirable Requirements

  • A degree in business, healthcare or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Hospital or Healthcare environment, technology and critical care would be a distinct advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Flemish.
