What You'll Achieve

As a dynamic and experienced Presales Specialist you will focus on our innovative medical digital imaging solutions, including PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and VNA (Vendor Neutral Archive).

Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will provide consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and demonstrate thought leadership and represent Dedalus at various forums with peers in the industry. You will be making a great impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

  • Partner with the sales teams to develop and execute an effective selling strategy for each opportunity, and to position Dedalus offering around competitive threats and alternatives.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes – involvement in strategic discussions to shape the life cycle of products (from bringing new product to market to end of life of products)
  • Document customer's Goals, Objective, Opportunities, Problems, Obstacles, and link back to Dedalus solution unique business values.
  • Provide workflow analysis of current state and how Dedalus solutions can improve upon existing state.
  • Develop proposed solutions that address prospect-specific clinical, business, and technology issues.
  • Perform tailored onsite/remote product demonstrations and presentations to clinical end users, IT staff, business analysts and executives. Showcase the benefits and features of PACS and VNA. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
  • Collaborate with bid teams to develop written content for product related sections of RFPs, prepare presentations, and perform workflow evaluations.
  • Gather ongoing prospect-customer feedback and related information and give feedback to product management.
  • Partner with sellers to identify opportunities by providing insights into possible leads resulting from working with third-party vendors, trade shows, local conferences, and other industry events.
  • Provide Market Insights: Share insights and knowledge about the radiology market with the broader team, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

Essential Requirements

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Radiology, Health, Clinical and/or an Information Systems Domain is highly desirable.
  • At least 3+ years' experience in Radiology, Hospital or Health software setting in Private or Public Organizations focused in PACS and VNA or critical care domain.
  • High-level of knowledge with Health and Diagnostics industry Skills in business analysis, and requirement definition
  • Understanding of Hospital and Diagnostics Information Systems and processes/ workflow
  • Experience or ability to be able to engage multiple layers including Sales Teams, Solution Teams, Technical Design teams, Internal Management/Snr leadership as well as the customer.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to influence engage and deliver under pressure.
  • Strong client focus - ability to build rapport with internal staff and external clients for optimal teamwork in support of the best cross domain solutions

Desirable Requirement:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influence skills to cultivate relationships, facilitate negotiations and build partnerships with key Client stakeholders.
  • Strong organization and time management, strategic management and planning skills.
