Your responsibilities:

• Acceptance of incoming calls from the Niederösterreichische Landesgesundheitsagentur
• Tool-supported ticket creation for the Niederösterreichische Landesgesundheitsagentur
• Processing and documentation of inquiries and error reports from the Niederösterreichische Landesgesundheitsagentur in Orbis
• Error search, analysis, and troubleshooting in the configuration and on the database of the Niederösterreichische Landesgesundheitsagentur
• Classification and identification of error sources in the software and qualified transfer to the development department for correction of errors
• You are an important link between product management, development, project management, sales, project controlling, project organization, consultants, and the Niederösterreichische Landesgesundheitsagentur
• Support and assistance with inquiries about Orbis and work processes
• Regular participation in training, workshops, and coaching is therefore essential for our ever-living product Orbis
• Documentation and management of customer information, remote maintenance data, and application configurations

Your profile:

• Education or training in healthcare or IT field
• Orbis knowledge is advantageous, but not mandatory
• Communication skills, professional appearance, and personal persuasiveness
• Teamwork and an independent, analytical, structured working style
• Ability to systematically analyze complex problems and develop solutions
• Experience in the planning, implementation, and support of healthcare IT systems is advantageous
• Ideally, a very good understanding of clinical processes
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Independent and goal-oriented working style
