The Manager, Colleague Health Services leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives that promote the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of colleagues across the system. This role ensures compliance with occupational health standards, supports a culture of safety and care, and collaborates across departments to strengthen workforce resilience, engagement and performance. This position plays a critical role in aligning health and wellness efforts with organizational strategy and colleague experience.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, or related field required.
Licensure/Certification/Registry:
Registered Nurse with current Illinois license required. Professional certification in human resources, occupational health or wellness preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience demonstrating knowledge of employee health, occupational health, and/or wellness program management. Previous experience in a health care setting is preferred.
Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Strong communication, leadership, and data analysis skills.
Self-directed with ability to work autonomously on several projects concurrently.
