Cardiovascular Operations Manager

Directs the planning, directing and coordinating all cardiovascular operations in order to achieve operational excellence via customer responsive, cost effective and high quality patient services. Assists in efforts to support regional network development and the coordination of care across the continuum between MHS corporate entities.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's degree in business, health care administration or related field preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registry:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
• National certification held or achieved within one year of job placement.

Experience:

• Minimum five years progressively responsible health care management experience in tertiary care cardiovascular programs.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively with physicians and other healthcare managers in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Experience in financial analysis, market analysis, budgeting, operations, and performance improvement.

Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Aptitude to work in a changing and ambiguous environment.
• Outstanding human relations skills and ability to interact with a broad range of people.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
