What You'll Be Working On
Strategic problem-solving: Diagnose complex product and business challenges, frame solutions from first principles, and drive them to completion.
Ground-up analytics: Build the data foundations needed to make good decisions: defining metrics, running analyses, and surfacing insights that inform strategy.
Cross-functional execution: Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, compliance, and operations keeping diverse workstreams moving in sync.
Workflow and systems design: Design and implement scalable workflows spanning RAG pipelines, reasoning systems, and agentic automation.
