We're looking for someone who can help our local Office teams across the company work smarter and more consistently. This role focuses on improving the office processes: customer service, billing, and (we should be clear on what is included in the office function – and be clear). You'll also help lead centralized programs like price protection and heating assistance.
While you won't directly manage the Office teams, you'll play a key role in shaping how we work—helping teams adopt best practices, use systems effectively, and continuously improve. This is a great fit for someone who understands office operations and enjoys making things more efficient through collaboration and problem-solving.
