Job Overview: This role primarily serves as the direct leader of our Assistance Director of Campus Operations (ADCO). Our ADCO's coordinate patient care activities between all departments and campuses through direct communication with staff and leadership. The ADCO assists in the coordination of hospital operations with assuring regulatory, quality, and safety priorities are identified along with standards of care and practice requirements are met. The Assistant Director of Campus Operations (ADCO) will be the administrator designee in charge of hospital operations in the absences of the administrator on call and until the administrator on call is contacted. The ADCO contributes to, follow, and supports Administration, and operations across campuses. These employees actively demonstrate commitment to the hospital mission statement, goal, Deaconess First Standards, and procedures.
Required: Certifications/Licenses/Experience: Active Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana or other compact licensure state, 3-5 years of acute care experience, BSN
Preferred Certification/License/Experience: Previous leadership experience, 1-2 years
