Manager Clinical Applications - Laboratory Information Systems - Digital Technology Services

The Clinical Applications, LIS Manager is responsible for direct oversight of applications and analysts within our LIS teams. This role collaborates with other DTS and operational leaders to develop recommendations and solve business needs within our LIS systems. This individual will work with key stakeholders to help standardize and optimize our LIS systems across the enterprise and service areas. This person will mentor team members and serve as a role model and mentor.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of healthcare IT or clinical application experience, with a strong focus on LIS applications
• Strong understanding of lab workflows and documentation, across AP and pathology
• Experience in system configuration, testing, go-live support, and ongoing maintenance
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations such as HIPAA, CMS standards, and quality reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
