Lab Business Support Specialist I

Lab Business Support Specialist is responsible for the registration processes for patients' specimens entering the healthcare facility. The position involves accurately registering specimens for nursing home, clinics and other Deaconess Hospitals, entering insurance information, and verifying the accuracy of data entered into the hospital's electronic health record system. As well as filing patient requisitions and maintaining a clean work space.

Required Certifications/Licenses:

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age
• Current driver's license and clean driving record
• BLS (basic life support) certifications
