Job Description: Assuring all food is assembled in a clean, orderly area, while complying with all food codes. Must be able to operate the dish machine, complete proper cleaning, sanitizing and storage of all dishes/utensils. Supports the goal of providing quality food in a wholesome, sanitary manner to customers of all age groups including newborn to geriatrics. Responsible for cleaning and storing all dishes and silverware used for meals, and transporting carts to units for meal delivery.
