Job Summary: Supports the division's staffing efforts by conducting full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to in-processing utilizing contemporary recruiting techniques and practices. The incumbent will be held accountable for personal output while contributing to the overall success of the division.
Responsibilities:
KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Expertise in volume hiring and understanding of talent acquisition, workforce planning, process development and its impact on overall business strategy. Advanced knowledge of contemporary recruiting/staffing practices and regulatory/compliance requirements. Must possess the ability to work in a high-stress, rapid paced environment. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to manage own performance. Effectively plans and organizes time and priorities to achieve business results. Ability to work independently with limited direction. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; must be a team player and possess interpersonal savvy Expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent Preferred 10+ years of high volume corporate and/or agency recruiting required, preferably in the federal staffing area
Required In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary pay range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
