- The Sales Development Representative role involves working closely with the sales team to conduct cold outreach, prospect, and qualify school district leads
- Responsibilities include generating sales opportunities through inbound and outbound initiatives, conducting account-based research, and contacting potential prospects through phone calls and emails
- The role also involves educating and warming up prospects, leading to hand-off to an Account Executive, and setting up meetings between prospective customers and Account Executives

- Nice to have experience includes working in education, technology, or mental health space, previous experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role, and hands-on experience with cold outreach or prospecting
