- Proven experience in HR or People Operations roles, preferably in a remote and/or startup environment
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- An analytical approach to People Operations, including a deep understanding of KPIs
