DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (DaVita IKC) is one of the largest end-to-end kidney care providers; we manage $5.5B+ in annualized medical spend through value-based partnerships. We provide comprehensive care and complex chronic condition management to 80k+ patients nationwide, whether they are in the early stages of kidney disease, transitioning to dialysis, seeking a kidney transplant or receiving life-sustaining dialysis.
This Vice President Of Operations revolves around Value-Based Care (VBC) and is responsible for the general management and oversight of the clinical processes, VBC programs, and services of DaVita IKC. This is an exciting opportunity to help lead the transformation of care and outcomes for patients experiencing kidney disease.
This role leads VBC operations in 16 states across the Mountain West, Midwest, and Texas/South geographies, referred to internally as Apex and Galaxy. The person selected for this role ideally lives in territory.
This executive position provides operational leadership, counsel, and direction to the operating directors and management staff to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical IKC care and services. This position also works closely with Nephrologist groups that are our partners in VBC to advance our shared goals. This person is a member of the DaVita IKC operations leadership team, accountable to help shape and deploy best practices to improve the lives of patients with kidney disease.
Additionally, this position works closely with operational and business leadership, providing clinical guidance supporting business results. The position has a budget and P&L accountability, including oversight of directors/senior directors with specific program ownership. This leader will be accountable for approximately $1B in annual medical cost which is the basis for their P&L performance.
This position is a key member of DaVita IKC's operational management team.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The salary range for the role is $200,000.00 - $285,000.00 per year.
