Job Title

To provide support and oversight of total productivity labor management with the expectation that the Division portfolio meets budget. To act as the Labor preceptor for the Division. To provide training support and oversight of Maestro as the primary scheduling tool for the Division. To perform a quarterly assessment of patient schedules for the Division to ensure the Division is as efficient as possible. To mentor and train new regional Labor Ninjas to further support the Divisions except for meeting the labor budget. To provide support to the ROD's and assist in holding them accountable to forecasts and action plans with the expectation that they meet their labor budgets.

Training and oversight of total productivity labor management

Maestro training and usage oversight

Quarterly assessments of patient schedules

Mentor &/or train Divisional labor ninjas

Calls with leadership related to labor management

Other duties as assigned

This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $91,000.00 - $133,000.00 per year.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. DaVita offers a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
