Revenue Operations Analyst
Revenue Operations (ROPS) supports the DaVita Village through arranging dialysis placements, verifying coverage, generating and submitting claims and coordinating with payors. This position is responsible for completing complex analyses, solving ambiguous problems, making decisions to improve processes and building reports in order to drive strategic improvements across one or more of the business teams within Revenue Operations.
Primary responsibilities of this role:
Analysis & Technical Skills:
- Responsible for performing analyses by aggregating data across multiple data sources
- Understands where and how to get data across multiple databases without guidance
- Evaluates the business impact of various efforts by building analytical models & determining variable assumptions
- Develops reporting with advanced skills in tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Troubleshoots issues & QC's work to produce error-free output
Problem Solving:
- Solves ambiguous problems by breaking down key drivers and developing an approach to solving. This may include recommending new or updated system functionality to solve business needs, changes to team processes or work prioritization, etc.
- Understands how metrics & processes within a business are interrelated and corresponding implications for their work
- Synthesizes key takeaways from an analysis & recommends actions; presents summary by visualizing analysis results
Project & Stakeholder Management:
- Effectively leads working sessions
- Directs & executes on next steps within work streams for which they are responsible; proactively communicates around roadblocks and creates/maintains project plan
- Builds collaborative relationships with business partners and stakeholders
What Skills Do You Bring to the Role?
- Bachelor's degree in related field of study (STEM, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business)
- 2-4 years' experience OR applicable work experience; Master's degree preferred
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required; experience using other analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, VBA, Python, Access, etc. preferred
- Strong quantitative & problem solving skills including analytical modeling and insight generation
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, easily digestible manner to a range of audiences including senior leaders

- Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle preferred

The Salary Range for the role is $67,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year.
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. DaVita offers a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits.
