Customer Success Operations Manager

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and proactive Customer Success Operations Manager to help scale and optimize our global Customer Success organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, distributed environment and enjoys solving operational challenges with data, systems, and process improvements. You'll work cross-functional with leaders in CS, Revenue Operations, Sales, Product, and Finance to drive customer outcomes, improve internal efficiency, and build the infrastructure that powers a world-class CS function.

Working at Dataminr you'll have the opportunity to tackle the most exciting trends in AI on a daily basis to power a revolutionary product that uncovers critical events around the world as they unfold.

Provide day-to-day operational support to the CS team, ensuring efficient use of systems, processes, and playbooks.
Own the design, implementation, and upkeep of dashboards and reports to support CS team visibility, leadership alignment, and strategic readouts for QBRs/EBRs.
Ensure data accuracy across systems (Salesforce, Catalyst, Looker, Snowflake, and serve as the technical point of contact for CS tools.
Conduct customer base analyses to surface trends, retention risks, and upsell opportunities.
Implement processes, workflows, and email campaigns to support strategic initiatives and drive revenue retention.
Manage key CS projects, acting as the operational lead on cross-functional initiatives.

5+ years in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations (SaaS & AI experience strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of CS metrics, data analysis, and proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Catalyst, Looker, Snowflake and Excel/Sheets.
A track record of cross-functional collaboration with CS, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Finance.
Can demonstrate an ability to manage complex tasks with multiple stakeholders independently.
Self-motivated with a passion for identifying opportunities and solving problems.
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and analytical.

The annual base salary range for this position is $81,600 - $120,000. You will also be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus and Company equity. Actual salary will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.
