Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the intake, oversight and development of scalable, innovative technical solutions across NA/global experience programs, ensuring work is properly structured, resourced, and executed to a high standard.
  • Oversee the scoping and approach for complex web builds and digital ecosystems
  • Help translate client needs into clear, actionable technical strategies and solution frameworks.
  • Establish and implement operating models, execution frameworks, and governance structures that drive consistency, visibility, and quality across all programs.
  • Ensure alignment between technical architecture, user experience, and business objectives, in partnership with strategy and technology teams.
  • Establish and evolve operational models that support efficient, high-quality delivery of global experiences
  • Define best practices, processes, and frameworks for scoping, estimating, and resourcing
  • Drive consistency and rigor across regions while enabling flexibility for local market needs
  • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, tools, and team structures
  • Partner with account and growth teams to shape opportunities and win new business
  • Lead technical scoping during pitches and proposals, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and competitiveness
  • Contribute to pricing strategies and commercial models for complex digital engagements
  • Act as a senior technical voice in client conversations, building confidence and trust
  • Build strong partnerships across Project Management, Design, UX, development teams, as well as other cross-functional stakeholders
  • Serve as a connector between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Mentor and develop senior talent across technical disciplines
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure seamless integration of technology across physical, digital, and hybrid experiences
  • Drive innovation in how experiences are conceived, built, and scaled
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends that impact experience design and delivery

Qualifications

  • 12–15+ years of experience in digital, technical, or solutions leadership roles
  • Proven experience scoping and architecting complex web and digital platforms
  • Strong understanding of modern web technologies, CMS platforms, and digital ecosystems
  • Demonstrated success in operational leadership within a global or multi-market environment
  • Experience contributing to business development, including pitches and proposal development
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Strong leadership presence with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
